When will I receive my order?
Items ship within 1-2 business days. Handcrafted products will be made within 5 to 7 business days OR 1 to 2 weeks depending on stock (some items may take up to 4 weeks). Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.
What shipping carriers you use?
We ship most orders via USPS Priority. However some items may be available for USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority, Fed Ex 2 Day Air, UPS Day Select or DHL Express.
If you are located inside the United States you should receive your order within 3-5 days via USPS Priority Mail. USPS First Class Mail may take up to 2 weeks.
If you are located internationally, the following carries are available: DHL Express, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS Ground, UPS Standard, USPS First Class International, USPS Priority Mail Express International or USPS Priority Mail International. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive your order.
